      When I called and spoke with this business all I was able to get out was “I started a fundraiser and was wondering.....” and I was interrupted by “woah woah woah woah woah, hold on. Are you one of my clients?” And I said “no but I potentially could be” and then they said “then set up and appointment and we can talk” and I said “how much do you charge” and they told me which was pretty insane for someone having a question to begin with to not even know at that point if they could help, so I said I was all set and hung up. So incredibly rude. If the man on the phone would’ve let me finish my sentence, he would have been able to let me know that he couldn’t help (as other accountants let me know). Glad I didn’t spend money for an appointment with him just for him to not be able to do anything. I understand that people should be charged for their expertise but that wasn’t even the point of my call and I couldn’t finish my sentence to communicate that message. I am new to the area looking for a new place to have my taxes done and this place will not be it.

      We have been using this accounting firm for over 10 years. Believe me when I tell you, they are extremely thorough and professional. And, unlike a huge firm (think Deloitte & Touche or Ernst & Young), they won't charge you a fortune. Also, unlike pseudo tax professionals (HRBlock or Jackson Hewitt), they are actually licensed CPAs with tons of experience who will do an amazing job on your taxes. Like I mentioned, Frank has been doing our itemized taxes ( we have had a few homes, and we have two children ) for over a decade. We have never once been disappointed, as Frank and his staff ALWAYS, ALWAYS far exceed our expectations.
