      We bought a house from the bank and had all kinds of issue's with them. And we we in escrow for almost 5 months. If it wasn't for Dave it could have taken a lot longer. Dave was tenacious about getting the bank to do their part with closing on this house. He was very thorough getting the documents from us and making sure every thing was right on our part as well, while always keeping me informed about where we were at with the process.       Dave is a "proactive" Lender. The word "proactive" in "Lending" on this island DO NOT mix well. Dave went above and beyond to help our first time home buyers into their new home. He's a good guy and I enjoyed his constant updates on the loan process, something I really wish more lenders did. Nice work Dave!
