  David made the refi process so easy, so stress free with his knowledge, detailed approach, and ability to overcome all the little bumps in the road that come with working these types of events. His professionalism was on display in working with the lenders/title companies and he even surprised me and my wife at closing. I will refer him to every person I can, as he was referred to us by a family friend, because he was honest, friendly, and transparent on getting us the best deal out there. Well done David, thank you!

  "The real estate industry in itself is difficult to navigate and in today's market not for a novice buyer (such as, myself) to attempt without professional, informative and responsive guidance. David Baker' s professionalism and knowledge of the industry was impressive and truly appreciated. David was always available and responsive to any and all questions. David went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and that everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. His effort truly made securing our first home a stress less experience. We would definitely recommend him".

  David Baker did not have good customer communication. He was not interested in offering a refinance quote, even after I informed him that I’m a current customer of SWBC. He was quick to get off the phone and In fact, at one point, he told me “don’t waste my time.” I was so disappointed with such awful service.
