      Denali is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I consolidate all my bills and it never benefit me at all. I paid off my auto loan a year early eventhough I had an unexplainable balance and they refuse to give me my title due to a charge off. They informed me that I need to go to a another bank for the copy or some sort of the title, I'm still confused about that. they reported to the credit bureau that I have a balance of over $1000 on a personal which I did not.. so I called customer service, only to find out I have a balance of a hundred and something on the personal loan which I knew nothing of, because they told me my loans were paid off and I only need to pay on the charge off inorder to get my title and this was several months ago.

      Even though I am an account holder at this CU, this location (operations center) does not process shared branch transactions. Had to drive across town, and visit another branch to make my deposit in order to pay back my loan. What a waste of time and awful customer service.
