      Ordered a new Subaru for my son over a month ago the dealership never got back to me, I had to reach out to them if I wanted any information. Spoke with the sales manager Steve he was very nonchalant about the lack of communication then went on to tell me that the vehicle was never ordered. Acted like it was no big deal. Guess they don’t need to sell cars Response: Of course it was my pressing need and my selection of vehicle that was the issue. Only when I ordered the vehicle I asked if there were any certain types of vehicles that I could purchase that would not be backed up he said that they were all backed up. The issue here is not the customer the issue is your lack of follow up and follow through. You should’ve just taken accountability and apologized rather than trying to push the blame on your customer. But all is well I reached out to Kendall Subaru in Fairbanks and they took good care of me.

      It's frustrating for sure! Every manufacturer, every model, every dealership is facing supply shortages with models, trims, and features that are limited and may not be available to order. While we'd love to have your business, we do understand the pressing need for a vehicle may change which models are available and when they can be acquired. In this specific case, Subaru had not opened up ordering for this model—either due to new model transition, or supply chain shortage, it is not available to order. Just the same, we should have communicated the status with you even if only to touch base.

      Did a diagnostic on my 06 forester, charged me $150+ and it turns out it wasn't the correct issue anyways. Took it to reformed, they diagnosed it and fixed the issue for $200 less than what continental quoted me
