  Brett is the absolute best lender to work with. I had a million questions and requests and he answered every one and some. I was able to request what my loan would look like at least 10 different ways and every time I did Brett would send an email with those numbers right away. My first lender told me I absolutely could not apply for a conventional loan but Brett showed me exactly what that would look like and said I could make it happen if I wanted to. But he would then go the extra mile to show me what options may be better for me in the long run. I went from my first lender needing 20K at closing, answering none of my questions and making me feel confused and alone to bringing half of that to closing and feeling like I walked away and knew exactly what was going on. I was so so lucky to end up with Brett who was an advocate for me, was always there even when I wanted to put in an offer at midnight. He would call me right away no matter the time when I texted him with an obscure question and he would walk me through the scenario and settle my racing mind day after day. Buying a home can be so miserable and scary with the wrong people but if your working with someone like Brett you have nothing to fear. The two experiences I had were day and night and I am so thankful I went with Brett. I was in a rush to get in my future home and he was also able to make it happen faster then my first lender would have been able to. I can’t recommend Brett enough he is the absolute best. As a first time home buyer he made the process so easy

  After initialling trying Chase Mortgage to do my home purchase, and not being able to reach anyone or have them return phone calls, I found out about Draper and Kramer Mortgage from my brother, switched over to them after wasting a month dealing with Chase. From that point on everything went great with Draper and Kramer, they communicated frequently with updates and we got the loan closed in 30 days. Best mortgage company and experience I've ever had.

  Norm Phillips is so good at what he does , no matter what I ask he had the answer and helped me throught the whole process which made it so easy and quick . He Got us a great deal I would recommed him tyo anyone . We lov e that is is so nice and friendly .
