      They get the extra star for the exceptional dividend they give for the end of the year. But everything about them otherwise gets a zero 🌟 star for knowledge of operations and customer service. The next generation has no skills. It’s like the 50 year olds have left with the keys and the new kids have no clue.

      No after hour support. I logged in to my account on the same and only device I use and was told I had to verify myself. I asked to be called and they did and gave me a code. I entered the code and they locked my account and told me to call 1800 number. I called at 730 and found out no one works after 5. I'm glad fraud only happens from 9am to 5 pm. I'm glad I don't need to know my balance or transfer money or pay for emergency expenses. Thanks ECU. If you want a actual banking institution go somewhere else
