  I cannot express enough how great Guild Mortgage - Tom Holyfield and his crew were for my home purchase. I am divorced mom of two boys who is very busy working a full time job and busy with my kids after, and they were able to do everything with me via email and the few phone calls we did have, they called whenever I needed them to and kept it short so I did not have to delay my regular daily routine. They were so informative without being overbearing, and let me know exactly what I needed to do to get the house I wanted. I never dreamed buying my first home as a single parent could be this easy, but I truly feel that is all thanks to my realtor and Guild Mortgage! (Tom, Jeff, Carey & Jennifer to name the main ones I worked with)

  My first contact was with Ke’von, he immediately made time for me to come into the office. I met with Ke’von and did my initial interviews and intake of my information. The process was expeditious and efficient, a very knowledgeable and professional young man that sought to encourage every step of the way. Within minutes of completing the intake I was meeting with Thomas to go over the qualification process and answer any and all my questions concerning the pre-approval process. Thomas is just a consummate gentleman and professional, again making you feel absolutely confident in his team and the process. Jenny then picked up the ball and absolutely did an astounding job keeping me informed every step of the way. She kept in almost daily contact with me about any changes or additional needs or actions I needed to take both by email and text/phone. She Coordinated with my realtor Beth Duncan at Keebaugh as well. I was out of town during some of the process, and the teamwork to set and meet deadlines was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the confidence I have in the two of them. Then Thomas personally attended my closing making sure everything went smoothly and all questions were addressed about the property and assured the continued support of his staff and what to expect. A stellar performance by all, I would highly recommend the Holyfield Group at Guild Mortgage .
