This has been one of the worst experiences I have EVER had with having the ball dropped on the other end. We will never use this lender or recommend you either. I provided everything they asked for, submitted document after document, and was encouraged to extend past closing. I lost my apartment, my house, my earnest money, fees, appraisal money because I believed them. I have spent over a week in a hotel room and spent extra money because they dropped the ball and were terrible and dishonest. Had they believed we wouldn't get the loan, they could have saved us a lot of time and money by saying so. Instead I'm out several thousands and still trying to figure out why it didn't work out with two extensions and all the extra documentation. Hate to say, but it felt like I was scammed by them and they will use covid as an excuse.

Will never go thru this service EVER again. Underwriters are horrible cannot contact them, rude, uncommunicative and just bluntly discriminatory bunch of idiots. Two days before closing, denied the loan when everything was in compliance lost all my money and the house for the not first time but second time.
