I am a current policy owner with this insurance company. I have left at least three messages for my agent (Samantha Nimmo) within the past three weeks, and she has NEVER returned my calls. I also left a message with her supervisor Michelle Saylors. Her voicemail stated that she would return my call by 4:40 pm today. But I have not gotten a call. I reached out to another Destin insurance company for a quote to handle the work that Fisher Brown Bottrell in Destin has been so slack at providing, and within eight minutes had an email. I'm changing companies, and I strongly recommend if you're reading reviews on insurance companies in the Destin area, you look elsewhere. These people do not know how to serve their clients.
