  I have sued this company/bank for 6 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Both the Destin and SRB location have always answered my questions, sent me documents I needed in a pinch and communicate well. They keep that small town feel which I like and enjoy.

  I had many mistakes made from this bank that it was almost funny. I had been hacked my account breached and everything they said they did was not done after 2 weeks and me checking I had enough and went bank again. The person said they were the supervisor. This person was Ryde to me immediately. Then interrupted my in the middle of a word to say that they would never had done what I said happened. Very disrespect and called a liar in so many words. If I had not had not just went through 2 weeks converting all my online banking to new numbers I would have pulled out all my money and went somewhere else.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was so irate after how I was treated at this branch yesterday, I felt I had no choice. As someone who owns and operates 3 businesses in Walton County Florida, and is an executive director of a nonprofit, I was more than disappointed in the treatment I received by an apparent supervisor yesterday. The level of arrogance and condescension exhibited by someone wearing the title "supervisor" on her nametag was not only highly disrespectful and demeaning, but it was also infuriating. Fortunately, I walked out prior to saying or doing anything that I might have regretted. BACKSTORY: I had stopped in to open an account for a new venture, I had funds on my person to open said account, the necessary documents from the state and IRS, and the authority as an equal co-owner and managing partner to open said account. Unfortunately, the lady I was dealing with felt my presence was a hindrance to whatever else she had on slate for the day and treated me accordingly. The resistance and pure snobbishness she exhibited to my doing business with this bank cannot be the first and only time. AS A RESULT, I MUST ASSUME ONE OF TWO THINGS: 1. Her behavior is sanctioned and encouraged by Trustmark National Bank, Trustmark Investment Advisors, and its subsidiaries; OR, 2. She holds some sort of knowledge about some alleged deviant behavior from upper management that safeguards her from disciplinary action. Either way, it is my current and ever-present goal to inform anyone and everyone I meet that Trustmark's customer service is similar to a weekend stay in a Russian prison cell during the cold war...absolutely miserable. Needless to say, I opened a business account elsewhere and the employees of that bank seemed extremely pleased to accept me as a new client, and my new venture's deposit in their vaults. If you're considering Trustmark as a financial resource, Do with this information what you will, but I would highly suggest taking your business to a place that might appreciate it more. To the senior executives who run Trustmark Corporation: I would highly suggest handling this matter as soon as possible to prevent a loss of profit. Don't forget, you need cash on deposit to gain that float, earn service fees, and the like.
