ATM has been broken for weeks. Can't deposit checks. Then, try to deposit a check online, has me call a 1-800 number. After 20 minutes on hold get disconnected. Then call this branch. All I want to be able to do is actually deposit a check. Yes, I'm frustrated. Been a lifelong customer of Fifth Third for DECADES. Then get hung up on by someone at YOUR branch. NO MORE. I'm DONE with this "bank", if you can even call it that. I'm not even trying to withdraw. I'm trying to DEPOSIT. Good luck finding anybody that cares AT ALL there. Used to be a good bank. Not any longer. Taking my business elsewhere.

I usually bank at Georgetown but when I head west this is the bank I use. Very nice and helpful people! Tiny little bank but it’s the people who make it good not the building.
