      ve waited WEEKS for a pre-approval. Duane Kilby took forever. Being a first time home buyer I would have thought the process would have gone better. Waterstone mortgage not only got me approved in less than 2 days, they were super polite and considerate. This is literally the last place I would recommend anyone going to.
