      Very poor customer service. I went in to discuss a loan on my vehicle and after emailing all my information and even going in to the bank, I never heard back. I will never recommend this bank for anything nor will I ever do business with them again. I wasted valuable time on a time sensitive loan. Thankfully I got excellent customer service elsewhere.
