      Poor Customer Service today 09/09/2021. My daughter sat at the drive thru even pushed call button it was an open lane and no one ever came to window. She Sat in line for 10 minutes. She decided to go to another branch. Maybe they need to hire better workers.

      They charge $7 a month to have a checking account unless you get a direct deposit fell on hard times with my savings account they charge $5 a month for it if you fall below a certain amount had a few dollars left in the savings account they charged me $5 put me in a -4 cent then turned around and slapped me with a $25 overdraft charge that they caused I will be closing all my accounts with First horizon Bank as soon as I can garbage corporate greed.😡🤬
