      I received a check yesterday drawn off this branch, my bank has a freaking hold on it, because they can't verify is there is money is there. I need the money to travel on the 30 th of June my bank can't release it till July 2 nd .the prineville office is a joke too. I'll be calling at 9 am when they open . I was smart and took a picture of check so I can get answers today.

      Manager was rude, told me she didn’t have the authority to close my account and said she would check with her boss and then never called me back. Garbage service. The tellers I spoke with were nice though.
