  I just had the most wonderful experience at this bank. I had some old savings bonds to cash in and they were so gracious in helping me even though I am not an account holder. I felt very welcomed with lots of smiles and hellos. I would highly recommend banking here! Wonderful, wonderful friendly staff. Thank you Gail for your patience!

  I don't know much about thisi bank but how did it get the name of a long gone bank? Does anyone else feel a bit of odd nostalgia with the classic 80s burnt orange and burgundy red colors with the just as 80s dated logo? Are the bankers inside wearing double breasted suits to continue the theme? Do new customers get toasters or alarm clocks for opening new accounts? Do they pay 80e double digit internet rates? I have so many questions!

  Love the bank - really not a fan of this branch. The women who work here are so rude and incompetent. The guy is lovely but outnumbered. Went in for a somewhat difficult request that had the women dramatically rushing around and flustered. Michelle, the branch manager, was so incompetent she told me to just “try Walmart.” Just overall unprofessional and unknowledgeable about my options. Beyond that - they were very judgmental. Went to a branch in Bend that was really nice and helped me no problem. If you want anything other than the simplest of transactions, avoid these guys.
