      My experience was terrible and costly. When I contacted First Midwest Bank for refinancing my apartment, I have been directed to Mr. Bradley Sears. He first showed me some magic numbers and huge saving in my future mortgage, then he pushed me to pay appraisal fee and other fees. After paying fees, all numbers changed and refinancing become a big loss for my case. I am not sure what was the appraisal company! But they sounded scam to me.
