      Tracy is amazing at building and keeping relationships with local community businesses. I was disappointed to learn that she moved on from the bank but was even more excited to find out that she returned.       The transfer from Howard to first national Bank has been nothing but problems. I can't pay my bills or transfer money to a different account.

      I would give 0 stars if i could. This transfer from Howard Bank to FNB has been nothing but problems. Was on hold for 40 mins to get my zelle account set up which was suppose to “transfer with no problem”. Boy was that a lie. I use zelle to pay my rent. As soon as someone answered they put me back on hold to get a “specialist” and then they hung up on me… what a waste.
