      I wanted to take a moment to give Teresa Stout, Branch Mgr. of Howard Bank in Aberdeen , MD and her team some kudos. I've banked with this branch since 2005/2006 and I've got say, I've been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy you could ever imagine. Teresa's team are, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their leadership. In this case, exceptional. Whenever I call or stop in via the drive thru, they greet me with excitement and enthusiasm every time. It is so refreshing to do business with a team of people that treat me as a person and not just another account. Before COVID, when I would have to go inside to conduct business, there's always a friendly warmth in the atmosphere. Just wanted share my experience with the staff and leadership of Howard Bank in Aberdeen.

      This transfer into first financial Bank from Howard has been nothing but a headache for me. Can't pay my bills and I have to jump through several hoops to transfer my money out of my FNB account.
