      Nice establishment I was greeted by a banker by the name Nina extremely professional very very nice I felt like she was a friend more than a business transaction I would recommend this bank she really helped my daughter out and was very friendly I’m coming back to open an account and close my chase account ask for Nina you will not be disappointed 😃

      Left this bank today. I've been here a short time and every time I'm there I'm generally treated with respect. The only exception is when I opened my account. The girl Nina Lopez that I dealt with made me feel that I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. After that experience most of my other transactions were with tellers who were all extremely pleasant. On two occasions when I went in, Nina was behind the teller stand and both times she was complaining about customers and how she couldn't wait to go out and drink. Finally, today I came in to change some information on my account and when the woman at the front (Sue) called Nina from the desk to let her know a customer (me) needed help with an account, I saw as she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Again, like I was an inconvenience. Instead of updating my account I chose to close it. I really enjoy many of the employees at the bank, it's sad that one apple can spoil the batch. :/
