  Michael Abbott, I am so happy to have had the opportunity to buy a house thanks to this incredible team. They definitely made the impossible, possible. With a market as difficult as today, I just knew I was gonna have to settle for anything I could get. However, this team refused to settle for less. My kids and I were able to move into a brand new house within minutes of downtown Nashville. I left out the phenomenal interest rate. I'm really grateful for everything you all have done to make this happen. My children and I are so thrilled to be breaking in a new home. This was such a surprise. If I could give this 1000 stars I would. Highly recommended, Thank you! Curtis Williams

  We went into this branch to set-up a business account. We were serviced by Ashley. Ashley explained all of the choices and guided our decision in a logical and respectful manner. While setting up the account, we asked about local restaurants , since we are not from the area. Ashley explained another associate was very much into the local food scene and asked Eva to guide us. Eva provided a brief, but thorough run down of the local food scene. As we were wrapping up, Eva provided us a small note of all of her favorite restaurants. Talk about great customer service and a genuine treat in today's rushed lifestyle. A personal list of great food, curated by a genuine "foodie". We took her up on suggestion and had a wonderful meal that was remarkably delicious. It was also my birthday and what a great, unintended gift it was meeting the outstanding staff at this branch , not to mention, a memorable meal (Bombay Palace, y'all and it is the bomb). If you desire or need to try another banking option, please consider this facility. Did I mention Ashley is the Branch Manager and set-up the account for us, because she did not want us to wait? Seriously, this level of customer service is delightful and refreshing. Especially considering how egotistical and self absorbed most financial institutions have become over the last 2 decades. A message to First Bank executives: Please study the outstanding talent at this branch and emulate their customer service skills across the board.
