  Very friendly staff and great with kids. It was the most family oriented banking experience I have ever seen. They made it much easier than I would have thought possible. They know their stuff. Highly recommend using Flagstar for any banking needs.

  Paige is awesome!!! She couldnt have done better! Been to a quite a few banks and dislike every single one. Except this one. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Not a burden or "oh man I have to work" vibe.

  I have been banking with flagstar for 15+ years and have always had good experiences. There have been a few rogue branches that I have visited that were not the best but that has to do with the staff. The manager Nicole at this location is excellent! I have contacted here with any problems I may incure and she always is able to rectify the situation. The rest of the staff is great as well. For those that have had a bad experience I say give Nicole and her staff the chance to show you there professionalism and concern with your banking needs.👍
