  We refinanced our house with Excel,a nd had one of the best experiences we have ever had. Not only did Rob abd his staff make sure we were taken care of, but they were always one step ahead of us when it came to ansering questions. Rob took the time to explain every option we had, and helped us through the decision maing process. I would use Excel again and again. I always carry his card in my wallet in case I run across anyone that is interested in his services

  My experience with this company could not have been better. My family and I found our dream house and needed to be qualified fast since our house in Denver sold and we had to be out within 45 days. At Excel Financial, we used Corey Seitz. He worked and communicated with us on a daily basis. I have bought houses in the past, used to have my real estate license, and am an attorney so I have a fair amount of experience with transactional work and loans. Corey used creative techniques while following the new strict mortgage mandates and got us a loan at less than 4%. I know my family and I would not have been able to have purchased our dream house without Corey Seitz. If you've ever been turned away for a mortgage, or been approved for way less than you should be getting, go to these guys. You wouldn't think one mortgage broker versus another mortgage broker would make that big of a difference, but I know after this experience how big of a deal it is to have someone like Corey. We have a huge house on a ton of land only because Corey made it happen.
