      If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst loan company ever! They lost one of my payments and now are trying to say I didn’t make it & that I need to pay it again. Bad customer service, everyone has an attitude. Don’t see them being in business much longer

      Garbage company, i need a check endorsed and i have to wait a LITERAL 2 HOURS just to talk to someone, and when i do they have hung up on me multiple times, please for the love of god, for your own sake... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

      Absolutely horrible customer service! No one at Flagstar is able to make an independent decision. Every time I have contacted them about my home loan I have been transferred no less than FIVE times! They have separate departments for loan payment, insurance, escrow, late payments, interest. You have to have approval from them to pay more than your monthly amount, pay early, pay bi-weekly. If you want to pay less than your current amount due, you have to call them, which again takes five transfers and about 30 minutes on the phone. Terrible experience!
