  This is a Business Center. Not open to the public. Ford Motor Credit is for finance related servicing. Ford Motot Company is for manufacturing related servicing.

  I have bought many Ford’s new over the years, and have leased many vehicles from other manufacturers. However, in this final business dealing with Ford I made the terrible mistake of leasing from Ford. ‘Red carpet’ more like red tape lease. Don’t fall for the tricks... Dishonest, cringe-worthy tactics from Ford. What an utter complete nightmare. The stores even know it’s a dumpster fire. Dealing with Ford near the end of a lease is like being on their leash, they’re a very greedy company that wants to make everything as difficult as possible for you to make the best decision and take the best action. I’ve sold plenty of leases near end of term and never ever had the type of atrocious experience I’ve had dealing with Ford. They’ve lost my business and while that may not mean much to them, it’s sad for me to have a moral obligation to no longer deal with a company I used to hold in such high regard. Too many manufacturers out there with their captive lenders that do honest business to justify dealing with an organization like Ford motor credit and by association Ford itself. So very disappointing.

  I've paid off MANY vehicles in my years. This company has been the WORST company to deal with!! I've been going back and forth with this company for 2 weeks trying to pay off my freaking loan, and each time they can't accept my payment. In the mean time, my payoff has now gone up $2,000.....I am LIVID!!!
