My favorite bank! Too not notch personal attention with quick, knowledgeable results has given the perfect impression from a financial institution connecting with their clients. Ed Harris (bank manager) is professional, caring, and he listens all the way through, and then gives you his guidance. A personal touch often missing today.

Absolutely the worst. I live just down the street and stopped in because someone had recently paid me with hundred dollar bills. I asked if they would mind exchanging them for 20’s since as we all know no one will take them anymore. The teller said sure and had the bills in her hand while asking if I had an account. Once she found out I don’t have an account, she handed them back and said she couldn’t help me. I spoke with the manager on the way out and he still held firm. Seriously?! So I walked down the street to Chase and they were happy to help. As I mentioned above I’m in the community that this bank “services” and I will never recommend them.
