I continuously have a negative experience at this bank. As an African American woman of color I have been racially profiled by a teller named Joyce frequently! She is the only teller that gives me a hard time going over and beyond on security checks because of the color of my skin. I would never personally bank at Fulton Bank. I could never support a bank that encourages racial profiling and racial bias. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of justification and support for this type of behavior from her supervisor as well.
