Brilliant bank, as someone commented earlier, a trip to the bank is like going to see family. I’d love to be able to single out a member of staff for special praise, but I can’t, they are all equally excellent and friendly.

Very nice and inviting, Pleasure to talk to and always very helpful... Best bank i have had in well over 15yrs. Very happy with the customer service although I should say they treat you as if you are more like family.
