I have been banking with them for 17 years I have had a few hiccups here and there but whenever fraud has happened to me they have caught it before my money would be stolen I have always encountered friendly service there.

No body knows if theirs an atm at the new bank in nsshua let alone what new bank is what they say

Hi Paul, there are four drive-up lanes at the new branch with ITM’s that function as ATM’s 24/7. We understand the excitement of the new branch and are always available to answer questions in our branches, 24/7 via our Contact Center and Live Chat on our website, and through Facebook Messenger. Waiting in line for 40 + minutes at a drive through window is unacceptable!

Hi Stephanie, we apologize for the long wait and inconvenience. With the increase of COVID-19 cases throughout the state, our lobbies remain closed at this time due to staffing and safety protocols. As a result, we are experiencing longer wait times at our Branch Drive-Up locations, as well as when calling into our Contact Center. We encourage members to visit our Drive-Up’s PRIOR to 11 AM, and/or by calling our Contact Center AFTER 11 AM. This will help you avoid their busiest times. We also reviewed your transaction and wanted to let you know that we do accept ATM deposits and night drop deposits at any time of day. Deposits made at the ATM will not be available immediately and night drop deposits are processed the next business day. This could also assist you in avoiding longer drive-up lines in the future. We continue to work to serve our members as best we can during these difficult times and thank you for your membership.
