      I was caretaker for my parents for two years till they past in 2021. Mid JANUARY I went to my bank to see about a home lone. Thy tried two ways to help me BUT it was not possible because they don't lone on manufactured homes. A very helpful lone officer helped me by calling her friend Tony Williams at Guild mortgage that could help AND MAN DID HE. My stress level was high from the past two years and this was something I was NOT ready for. We found out that a MANUFACTURED home is not easy to get alone for. I had several issues come up though no because of Guild but because the kind of home it was. Tony Williams had to reel me in more than once. I think this process could have been MUCH MUCH more mind busting without Tony. If I had to go through this again WITCH I WILL NOT I would call Tony at GUILD. I cant say enough about how much Tony and Guild Mortgage got me through this and now I am out of the hole and driving a much better car and can relax and enjoy life.

      James and his team were so wonderful to work with. They were incredibly helpful and made the process of home buying smooth and seamless. I would recommend them over and over to anyone buying a home.
