      Absolutely never again, they got my first and last direct deposit. I would not recommend doing any big purchases with this bank. Customer Service is USELESS, no one can help you. I went right back to BOA after one interaction with a CSR and a terrible fumble on my account. You’re better off getting Chime.

      Seriously what kind of bank isn’t open on a Saturday ALOT of people find it hard to make it to the bank on weekdays before they close 🤦🏽‍♂️
