      We have always loved Highland Homes- especially during the pandemic.... they were the builders who actually didn't screw people over. Now, the market is high- especially in Austin, plus inflation- so of course you'll pay for more in a nice neighborhood. I loved our visit to Highland Homes in Mayfield. LYN AND Linda took their time, and explained everything to us thoroughly- and made sure we understood what we would get for what we were paying. They were never trying to be upselling anything.... but moreso... trying to figure out the best for us- and get us most for 9ur money, because they are very empathetic Professionals. I'm finally happy we are getting our dream home in a very nice neighborhood. If there are any lots available,, I recommend getting it quick- because it is a no brainer that this neighborhood will see a return of at least 6% in one year, 2022 of August.

      They did not let us in on time for the appointment. Didn't have the best packages. We went with a different builder.

      We bought the fairhall plan in 2019. Construction was completed on time and the finish was very good. Good experience with the sales people (Lyn and Linda) in Mayfield ranch. Highly recommend this builder.
