Recently I've moved my company bank accounts from big box banks over to SouthStar and I could not be happier! There is never a wait inside the branch. You don't have to schedule an appointment just to speak with a banker. The branches are VERY nice inside, much more so than the big box banks. They also have restrooms available for customers...just imagine that! On top of that, all of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and I've been into 3 branches with the same result. I won't go into detail about my banking needs but I will say quite a lot of money moves in and out of the accounts in a year and the big box banks weren't giving me any loans against the cash reserves I have or against any of my other collateral. SouthStar already got me approved for a new loan against some of my assets. :-) If you are tired of being treated like a deposit or withdrawal instead of like a valuable customer, then you are at the wrong bank! Check Southstar out. I doubt you'll regret it.
