      We are proud owners of a brand new home . It’s all we wanted in looks and amenities .. houses aren’t built on top of each other and don’t look the same. All brick homes and we have a lake view of lake Travis .. it’s far out of Austin and peaceful and quiet !! Hiking trails, poolside and private boat access !! Love Lago Vista too

      Decent builder if you want something that semi-custom. Standard floor plans with minimum amount of variations. You do get to select most of your finishes however like most builders they get you on all the upgrades as a standard houses in near what they show at the models. But we all know that's to be expected.
