  This review should count as two as we have bought two homes with Brian's help. You really don't appreciate what difference a good agent makes till you pick a bad one and reach closing date and you find out a single paper went missing or some funds were miscalculated etc forcing you to delay your purchase. With Brian, all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He was available to answer questions at all times and worked tirelessly to get our loan approved. He was able to hunt for the right offer that matched our finances and income sources and we were able to get our dream home. Go with Brian, you won't regret it.
