  I worked with Daniel on my house purchase, and this was the worst decision I ever made. I have pretty good credit score and sufficient time for mortgage broker to find a good loan. At the time when the market rate was around 4%, I closed at the rate around 6%. Daniel was smart and he told me that if I use a second mortgage broker to apply a loan, it would affect both and I may lose everything. As I had no experience of it, I trusted him and at the end of day I got a rate close to 6% and the closing date was so close that I did not have an option. This year I successfully got a refinance at a 3.8% interest rate with the same credit score. The closing cost with Daniel was extremely high, not to mention the tens thousands of interests that I have lost, and the refinance cost in order to get things right. So in total I am looking at more than $15K in loss because of working with Daniel. I do not understand why he treated his customer like this, is he going to make more profit by offering higher interest? I guess so. I strongly suggest thinking twice before working with them and to compare rate for at least 3 brokers. Purchasing a house is a big financial decision, always, always stay away from the bad mortgage broker and work with the good ones. I have no idea how he get other good reviews, maybe they never work with him or maybe they are his friends. This is the real experience from a client of Daniel at a cost of $15K.
