  I got there at 3:10, (yes I know that’s 50 minutes before they close) I needed open a bank account. The lady told us that we would just have to sit there for 10 minutes as she was helping another customer. I understand that it’s not a very quick process. The lady was still helping this person to only open their bank account still at 3:55. Mind you this person was already seated when I walked in. I chose to leave at 3:55 because that’s 5 minutes before they close. It should not take almost over an hour to open an account. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

  They are theives i am a veteran. I deposited a business check into my personal account as I have done many times before. The 3 day hold released the funds then they with out any notice or reason took the money back out a large sum. I went to the branch they said you can't deposit business checks into a personal account which historically has been inaccurate i have for years. Then they tell me that after they verify the check they will return my money so they call and do verify it. Then they refuse to give me my funds or my check back even though its been through the hold released one and verified by the issuer. How can they take your money without notice reason or anything?
