  Ever since Tcf merge it's been horrible no customer calls, scheduling for weeks later. Horrible waited on phone for customer service for 2 hours, hung up never got anyone on line. Closing all accounts asap

  Ever since Huntington Bank has bought out TCF Bank, we have been having THE WORST experiences with Huntington Bank as our new bank. I needed to get a new card. The female service rep had explained to me that it was not possible to order a new card to get sent to the branch location. I had ordered checks to be sent there a few weeks prior to that with no issues at all. Any other time I needed a new card it was never an issue to get it through the branch location. All of a sudden it was an issue. After speaking with corporate, they had advised to go back to the location and order it to get sent to the branch location and that they had given us the wrong information. However the same issue had come up again. I asked the rep to call corporate which she refused to do. After speaking with customer service AGAIN, they let me know that it was not possible and refused to let me speak with a manager to let them know that they should not go back on their word but that will not be necessary since we will be closing all of our multiple accounts. Sorry to see you go TCF. You will be greatly missed!
