  What was once the greatest bank I have ever done business with, is now the LAST bank I will do business with. First notice that as Huntington Bank has grown, their service is now towards their stock SHAREHOLDERS, and NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. In just a matter of years, Huntington without noticed closed both of my business accounts and canceled a credit card while I was overseas building our resort business. O.k, that is their loss, as they have forced all of our business transactions through our other bank, Capital One. Even more disrespectful to their customers, while the Covid-19 lockdowns and nationwide hold on credit card payments were enacted, all my other creditors zero balanced our amount due at the end of the freeze on credit card payments. NOT HUNTINGTON. They wanted all the months of back pay with zero forgiveness despite hardship and economic loss for their customers. And now finally, while Huntington brags about their "early pay" features,, they actually hold my deposits over the weekend before they will release them. Once again, my other banks that offer the same "early pay" feature, on the same day as the deposit is shown and held at Huntington, early pay is granted to deposits at my other banks. Huntington is no longer the Huntington it once was. Aside from longevity on our credit history, leaving a few dollars in our last remaining Huntington account, we have run out of reasons for using Huntington bank, in which ALL CONFIDENCE AND TRUST HAS BEEN LOST. This was by no means actions taken by Huntington Bank without awareness of what they are doing to their customers. This was INTENTIONAL CHANGES by Huntington Bank's former services to their customers. ***And Please, Huntington; do not respond with a "We're sorry to hear you tell everyone about how bad Huntington Bank is" response to this review, nor ask me to contact you. I've exhausted all attempts calling your customer service with nothing but "we're sorry we can't help you" results.

  Perfect location literally right next to my apartment complex, an ATM that is easy to use from the car, and great staff and service. Only complaint is the ATM breaks down quite a bit.
