  We worked with Kris An during our recent home purchase process and his service was just phenomenal. He took the time to listen to our needs and provided prompt responses. For the proposals from other service providers, Kris walked us through the details of each and made an effort to match all the pros of the other offers to ensure his proposal stand out in every way. For small issues that popped up along the application process, he communicated right away and explained the situation and offered recommended solutions, which usually resolved the issues within 24-48 hours. He also handled the communications with attorneys and realtors without having us involved much. A truly seamless process and minimized the disruption to our daily life (and yet we were informed of the latest updates all the time) which was already under 100 different directions due to buying a new house.

  USA mortgage is amazing! The sales manager Kris An was very responsive (replied in minutes) and also so friendly and helpful. As a first time home buyer there are obviously endless amounts of questions and Kris was able to answer them all. I honestly don’t think he could have made the process any easier for me. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Kris for taking me through this exciting journey. I can’t thank you enough.

  We had a great experience with Kris. This is our first time doing refinance and we bombarded Kris with many questions. He took the time to answer thoughtfully and often offered more than one way of explaining things. Even though we are not in the same time zone, he can always be reached. I know you probably have doubts, but Kris is real and legit and an awesome guy! We would go with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone.
