  I feel like I looked stupid having to cash my payroll check there because I had a problem with it somewhere else. I asked if they keep the check or do I get it back. It's like I had never been to a bank! But the teller was very nice and got my cash and went on my way.

  My card was erroneously declined for a mechanic bill that I needed to pay. I called customer service, only to be on hold for over 20 minutes and NEVER got to speak with a rep to fix the issue. What a JOKE. 🤬
