      WOW!!!! I got introduced to Karla after a bitter experience with another Mortgage that made us believe that as a self employed, my case was fatal. We finally got fed up with Paramount Mortgage after almost 3 months. On October 10, we were introduced to Fairway Mortgage Company by our real estate agent. At first we were skeptical. However after our first introduction to Karla Amaya aka THE “LIONESS” in my own words, I felt a glimpse of hope. As time progressed , she proved herself more and more powerful. She was on point and never asked the same documents twice. OMG that woman is GREAT ON September 19th , in spite of difficulties we were able to finally close on our dream home. We will forever be GREATEFUL to Karla( the Quiet Force) Sorry, I have so many names for her it’s even unbelievable. Just wish I could give her a “Bear hug” Thank you Ma’am
