      Our Great relationship. I have used and referred Ken and the staff at Equity Mortgage for over 15 years. I just went through closing on my house last night in order to refinance for a lower rate and to knock off a few more years. Ken has always given me great advice on when to refinance or to wait it out just a little longer. Closing was very smooth with no hitches. Last year I had refinanced and even though it was during the pandemic that too was smooth with no hitches. I would refer anyone looking to purchase or refinance a house to reach out to Ken and his crew. They will not steer you wrong.

      Ken and his team were amazing to work with. Looking back as a first time homebuyer the two biggest things were - they were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. With all the stress and decisions of buying a home, Ken made the mortgage process easy. From understanding all my options, securing great financing, his team calling me at any hour when I had a question, to a seamless closing, they were excellent. Definitely recommend Ken and Equity Mortgage Lending.

      Ken and his staff did a great job of getting me a good rate and helping me through the process of getting a loan on my dream house. They worked with me when Rocket Mortgage wouldn’t, and we were able to meet the sellers early closing demands. If it weren’t for Ken, I’d still be renting.
