  Terrible customer service. I try to avoid going inside of branches as much as possible however I had restrictions on a new account and Key did not inform me. I am unable to deposit or withdraw money. The teller was suppose to call me to resolve the matter however I have left several messages and have yet to receive a response. Key customer service hotline is no help either. I have checks I need to deposit as well as incoming deposits all being put on hold because of lack of communication. I just want to close my account and take my business elsewhere.

  Amy Lovejoy is an absolutely terrible branch manager. Two weeks ago my sister called her about her account being closed. Amy notified her that she had to make a phone call and it would probably take a day or two but she will get back to my sister in a couple of days. It’s been a couple of WEEKS and still no call from Amy. What makes it worse is that that same week after a few days, my sister called to speak with Amy and was told that she was with a customer and that she would give a call as soon as possible and no call up til this date. Clearly as a branch manager, Amy doesn’t care or value her customers and personally I believe that she shouldn’t even be a branch manager with such poor customer service!!!!
