Bad customer service through my account opening. When I went to this branch, the banker was rude as he didn’t like I have concerns with their services. Then, he was just chatting with other staff.

Walked in to open a savings account- they were short staffed and so the person that was helping me kept getting interrupted by the Personal Banker for help with things. Never once did the Personal Banker acknowledge me and apologize for interrupting. I was wanting to schedule a financial wellness appointment for another time but being that it would most likely be with that Personal Banker I opted to leave. Accomplished nothing during the 30+ minutes I was there. It doesn’t feel good to not be seen and to be treated less than.
