      It's a bank, so not a lot to say, ha. Its clean inside, the workers are friendly, they have a drive up window, and are willing to help you with your banking needs. Plenty of close parking, and open good hours. ATM on side too. Located on main drag in middle of town.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll start with the only positive there - the tellers. They’re sweet & helpful so this isn’t about them. Everything else is absolutely awful. My account was compromised (to the tune of 5 figures) and it took 2-4 months to get 1/2 of it back. It’s the policy there for it to take 10 BUSINESS days to resolve EACH claim. Then it’s supposed to automatically be reflected in your account. What a joke. I had to call for each fraudulent charge at the end of the 10 business days & even then it was tough. The manager there said they couldn’t go back past a point, not true according to the 800 number. Still had to call them about every charge at the end of the 10 days. At one point, I had NO MONEY for about 10 BD. Stay away from key!

      It took at least 10 minutes to get through automated system to speak with a real person. They charge you five dollars to use money from your savings account. I feel like I just got robbed 😪 oh and God forbid the phone app works its always and I mean always under mateience.
