I'm so glad I came back to KeyBank after all these years. The staff here are warm and caring. When I call the branch freaking out over something dumb they always talk me through it. Today I came in all stressed out because I left my debit card in the ATM and they kept it for me. I was having a TERRIBLE week and it was really cool that they didn't shred it. I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to this absolutely amazing branch. I'm not a person that has a lot of money (in fact it's quite the opposite) but I'm always treated with respect and kindness at this location. Thank you Springfield KeyBank.
