  Very unpleasant customer service. Unable to relay messages to other branch members properly. Overall would change banks if this was the only branch in the area.

  Decided to close my account after getting $35 worth of service management fees, they didn’t even bother to ask me why I was closing so I’m guessing they know that their fees are ridiculous and losing them customers. I have never been charged so much for literally nothing by another bank, definitely do not recommend Key.
