      I would like to thank the team of donna duvall with danielle jones, kathi hovious.. team answered all my questions (02/14/2016) promptly and helped calm my anxiety when applying. Everything went so smooth. Although my papers were hard ( to me ) they really made it happen. And for that i am about to have my first home signing (06/10/2016)!! THE BEST, TWO THUMBS UP WAY UP...

      RUN away as fast as you can. From Sandy Boatwright, to David, his assistants Jacee and the rest. NOTHING told to you will be honored. DO NOTHING without getting every single thing in writing. You can count on them changing numbers constantly, not being able to get in touch with anyone who can fix mistakes. American West will push you to use them as a preferred lender. Ask them what they offer as incentives, and get it in writing. Any other lender will offer the exact same incentives, and you can be assured of a better result and experience. If you decide to get approved by them, by all means do the same with another reputable lender so you can have a plan B to fall back on.

      We've had a really bad experience with iMortgage, specifically Anne Bell. We were referred over through a program in which they took part. It won't do much good to go over details here, but suffice to say their poor communication and lack of organization cost us potentially thousands of dollars. When looking for other reviews, I checked Yelp and found someone else mentioning these guys were a "nightmare" as well. Sounds like they had a similar experience. It's hard to find a good mortgage broker, and I don't have any suggestions other than not work with iMortgage or Anne Bell. We're certainly sorry we did.
